You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to lectures, written materials, graphics, audio, video, software, and course structures, is the exclusive property of Cedar Works or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or assignments, you grant Cedar Works a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

5.3 Trademarks

The Cedar Works name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of Cedar Works. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8.1 Fees

Certain features or content may require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount using an accepted payment method.

8.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Cedar Works reserves the right to decline refund requests where access to content has been substantially used.

8.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cedar Works does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Learners are responsible for independently verifying information before applying it in professional or academic contexts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cedar Works and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Cedar Works's total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Cedar Works in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cedar Works and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
